Purchases of jewellery come beautifully packed in its own coloured Organza pouch. If your purchase is a gift, we will gladly gift wrap for a fee and deliver it directly to whom the gift is for. Your invoice will be sent to you, be sure to provide us with your address for the invoice and the recipients name and address for their gift. Your purchase will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 business working days of us receiving your payment and you should receive your order within 2-3 working days*. Returns At Little Boutique we want all our customers to be 100% delighted with their purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send an e-mail within 14 days of receipt date to sales@littleboutique.com.au 1) Content of e-mail: Full Name Order number (found on receipt) Please explain why you are not satisfied with your purchase? Details of the item you want to return. eg. Name, code, earrings or necklace. 2) Little Boutique will then evaluate the reason of your wish to return your purchase. If a valid reason is given within the 14 day time line we will e-mail you back with a reference number and instructions on what to do next. (Do not send any items back to Little Boutique without a reference number.) Little Boutique will not refund the delivery cost or the delivery cost of returning the item/s purchased. 3) All returns must be returned in there original condition and packaging, unworn with tags still attached within 14 days of the receipt date, for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons all earrings returned are subject to a fee for replacement of ear hooks. These fees will be deducted from the refund.
